ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻨﺎ ﺍﻥ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﺤﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﺯﺟﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻄﺒﻮﺧﺔ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ

ﺻﺤﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﺤﻮﻡ. ﻭﺍﻻﺑﺘﻌﺎﺩ ﻗﺪﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻄﺎﻉ ﻋﻦ

ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮ ﻳﺘﻮﺍﺟﺪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﺤﻮﻡ ﻭﺍﻻﺳﻤﺎﻙ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻘﻮﻟﻴﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻴﺾ. ﻟﻜﻦ ﺍﻟﻠﺤﻮﻡ
